Rikki
Office Assistant
Rikki brings many years of customer service experience from multiple backgrounds. She’s helped run a karate school, driven taxi, put on and timed athletic events, and been the office assistant/administrator at a financial institution and an insurance broker.
She is married with three fur babies, a Siberian husky and two border collie/Australian shepherd mixes. She is an avid runner and will be training for triathlons in the coming year.
Michelle
Medical Biller
Michelle brings over 17 years of medical billing and practice management experience. Growing up, her mother owned a Convalescent Group Home, where Michelle learned administrative components, as well as compassionate care.
As the owner of APBS, Michelle is available to assist your practice needs 24/7/365. She understands that your concerns are important, and should not be limited to an 8 hour window.
When Michelle is not working on your practice needs, she enjoys camping with her husband and 2 cocker spaniels. She also enjoys visiting the coast and riding UTVs with her husband and friends
