Path of Hope Counseling, LLC, charges $200.00 for a one-hour thirty minutes intake assessment, $180.00 per 45-50 minute session for family sessions, $180.00 per 60-minutes for individual sessions, $150.00 per individual 45-50 minutes session, and $150.00 per hour for each client for group sessions. Cancellation fees and re-scheduling with less than 24-hours advanced notice are $35.00 per session. If you miss an appointment without re-scheduling, your full fee will be charged. An appointment is considered a “No Show” missed appointment if you do not arrive within 15-minutes of the session start time. Some insurances are accepted. If paying with insurance, Path of Hope Counseling will submit billing information to a contracted billing service. An optional sliding scale fee is available if needed.
You will be informed of your fee prior to beginning services. Fees are to be paid at the beginning of each session. Services may be suspended if fees are not paid at the time of the session until your account is paid in full. If your account is not paid in full in a timely manner, Path of Hope Counseling will use the services of a collection agency.
Invoices will be uploaded to your telehealth portal, and/ or emailed.
